Francesca Galloway founded her eponymous gallery in 1992 in London, after working as a director at Spink & Son. Today Francesca Galloway is internationally known as one of the foremost galleries dealing in Indian and Islamic art, and European and Asian textiles and costume.

We hold regular exhibitions at our gallery in Mayfair, as well as taking part in International art fairs such as Asia Week New York, and Frieze Masters in London. Our exhibition catalogues and yearly publications are reference works in their own right, forging an academically rigorous program which helps advance the research of the subject.

We broker important collections and advise private collectors both on acquisition and valuation of their existing collections. As a result, the gallery has cultivated meaningful relationships with collectors as well as institutions and academics. Over the years, this has enabled us to sell collections we have helped form in previous decades.
The gallery has sold to private collectors and to many of the world's great museums, including The British Library, Louvre Museum, Musée Guimet, Louvre Abu Dhabi, National Palace Museum Taiwan, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The David Collection, Rietberg Museum, The Cleveland Museum, Art Gallery of New South Wales and many others.

Our Mayfair based gallery is open to visitors and welcomes inquiries if you are looking for advice on sales, acquisitions and art appraisals.
